WHERE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

For new customers, please inform us of the following:

  • Product name or Product code
  • Your e-mail
  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Your phone number

Note : Shopping on our website is the fastest and the most efficient way. Our e-commerce channel will be given as the first priority.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER? 

To enjoy easy shopping with us, you need to have a MiVana account. Sign up now (link to หน้า sign up)
1. Find your favorite items
2. Select the quantity

3. Click on “Add to Cart”
4. Choose between
4.1 “Continue Shopping”
4.2 “Proceed to Checkout”
5. At check out, if you have special privileges (discount and promotional codes), enter them here.
6. Select delivery method (Free delivery in Thailand for orders above THB 500)

7. Click on “Proceed to Checkout”

8. Enter your delivery address. You can save your default address for the future purchases with MiVana.

9. Select “Yes” or “No” on the full tax invoice requirement
10. Enter your preferred payment method (Payments by credit cards, counter services, and bank transfers in the MiVana website is powered by 2C2P and 123 Service Company)
11. Payment process in 2C2P, 123 Service Company, PayPal, or AliPay

12. Upon completing your order, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with order number. Further notices on the tracking codes will be sent afterwards in a separated email.

I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot apply any discounts.
Please ensure that you use the codes you want before placing your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

It depends on your location and delivery methods.

Bangkok, including Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani : 2-5 business days

Rural Thailand : 2-7 business days

Singapore : 3-10 business days

Australia : 10-14 business days

US : 10-14 business days

Others : 12-20 business days

DO WE HAVE A ONE-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE? 

We do not have one day delivery service yet. But for any urgent case, you can contact us to pick up your order yourself at our HQ.  However, please make sure you have informed and confirmed with us in advance by at least 1 business day.

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERING COST? 

Thailand : Free for orders above THB 500

US : Free for orders above $100. $10 for those less.

Australia : Free for orders above AU$125. AU$12.50 for those less.

Others : US$15 per order, unless otherwise stated.

WHAT DELIVERING COMPANIES DO YOU USE? 

We work with a few public delivering companies. Each of them is assigned for different areas. All are safe, efficient, and reliable.

DELIVERY METHODS (FOR DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THAILAND ONLY)?

1. Next-day delivery

Note :

  • Customers need to submit their orders by 10am. to ensure the next-day delivery
  • This service is only applied to delivering areas in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Pathum Thani
  • Delivery fee THB 80

2. EMS delivery (within 2-4 days)

Note :

  • It depends on your location.

Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Pathum Thani : 2-3 business days

Rural Thailand : 2-4 business days

  • Delivery fee THB 60

3. Registered mail delivery (within 5-7 days)

  • Delivery fee THB 30

Note : For Debit Cards, please make sure your card supports online shopping. Common declined payment reasons and solutions :

  • The account doesn’t have sufficient funds?
    Check your bank account to ensure the balance is enough, then try again.
  • The name of the account owner doesn’t match the information you provided?
    Update your billing information with the correct details.
  • The issuing bank doesn’t allow using the bank account for online or international transactions?
    Contact your bank to allow these types of transactions, then start again.
  • The bank account doesn’t exist anymore?
    Update your billing information with a different bank account or credit card.
  • There are a limited number of transactions?
    Please contact your Bank.

2. Over the counter service :

Our over the counter services are powered by 2C2P and 123 Service Company which offers Tesco Lotus Counter Service, Big C Supercenter, Pay@Post by Thailandpost, Family Mart, Just Pay by TOT, mPay Station by AIS, True Money Shop, and CenPay by Central

3. Bank Transfer :

THERE WAS AN ERROR WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT! HOW DO I KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH OR NOT?

2. Check the most recent order. Is it the one you just placed?
3. For further confirmation, please contact your bank to see if your card was charged, as your account balance will be reflected as soon as you have confirmed your order with us.
